Brunner can confirm that in the middle of May our IT staff detected, and interrupted, a security incident involving some of our systems by an unauthorized actor. We immediately notified the FBI and continue to work with them through the investigation.
As a precaution to prevent further spread certain systems were immediately taken offline. Since then we have been actively working with cyber IT specialists to ensure our network is secure and we are confident that we have contained the incident and there is no further risk to our network.
Throughout this process we have been able to deliver uninterrupted service to our clients and have actively communicated with our clients and employees as information becomes available to us.
