Brunner Promotes Tracy Gross to Senior Vice President, Communications Planning

PITTSBURGH (March 7, 2012) - Petra Arbutina, Brunner executive vice president, director of communications planning, announced the promotion of Tracy Gross to senior vice president, communications planning. Prior to her promotion, Gross, who joined Brunner in 2005, was vice president, contact strategy.

Throughout her career, Gross has gained extensive experience in direct marketing, public relations, media, and integrated communications planning. "This combination of experience was a great fit with our desire to deliver a higher level of integrated work to our clients," said Arbutina. "Tracy has been leading those efforts for clients that span a spectrum from Musselman's Apple Sauce to Zippo lighters and new business opportunities that have ranged from WesBanco to Bob Evans."

Over the past five years, Gross propelled the success of Brunner's media discipline, resulting in a growth of media billings, staff, and capabilities. "Whether leading client thinking with her own innovative ideas or equipping and encouraging staff to do so, Tracy is passionate and driven to achieve success," said Arbutina.

In her new role, Gross will be instrumental in developing inventive, groundbreaking solutions to strengthen the agency's presence as a leader in integrated communications planning. Based in Pittsburgh, Gross will oversee the agency's communications activities across all three Brunner offices.
