Brunner Promotes Nicole Milojevic to Vice President, Director of Human Resources
PITTSBURGH (April 3, 2012) - Brunner announced the promotion of Nicole Milojevic to vice president, director of human resources. Prior to her promotion, Milojevic, who joined Brunner in 2002, was director of human resources.
In her new role, Milojevic will oversee recruitment, benefits, compensation, training, and other human resources initiatives across the entire agency. Most recently, Milojevic was instrumental in developing and implementing a new performance based management program. She has also contributed her strong skills in planning and negotiating in the management of the employee benefit and compensation programs.
Milojevic has led efforts to recruit top talent and train and grow staff across the entire organization. Her commitment to continuously improving company processes and programs was recently rewarded when the Pittsburgh Business Times named Brunner to their 2011 Best Places to Work list.
