    We take a deep dive into our clients' business categories, cultures, competitive landscapes, and customers/prospects to fully understand marketing from their unique perspectives. Our strategic planning includes market research, market mapping, competitive analysis, customer targeting and profiling and trends reports.

  • Data & Analytics

    Data drives everything that we do. We mine our data to develop platforms that resonate across segments but also at the individual level. We work with proprietary databases as well as external lists and offer complete segmentation services including database cleaning, mining and enhancement, NCOA, and merge/purge, as well as list research and procurement. And to make smarter, faster list recommendations, we developed a tool to help us cut through the clutter of available list options - we call it the "Brunner List Value Rating."

  • Strategic Planning / Program Development

    Acquisition is only the beginning and must go hand in hand with retention - they are inseparable. Every lead generation program we develop, whether it's driving store traffic or online visits, factors loyalty marketing before we ever touch one consumer. We are already thinking about how to increase LTV with up sell and cross sell opportunities, referral programs for valuable new acquisitions, and, of course, on- and off-line CRM and recognition, and/or incentive programs to protect our clients' original investments in their loyal customers.

    Our creative teams are world-class and understand that good Direct Marketing changes or drives behavior. We are as comfortable developing digital as we are traditional paper direct mail formats. And while direct response is not limited to one medium, we also use print, collateral, broadcast, and guerilla, just to name a few. However, when direct mail is involved, someone on the creative team is usually one of the first to ask where the list is coming from and if we have a strong offer.

    We offer complete production services from initial strategy to final production, mailing, premium fulfillment, and inventory control, but we can also partner with clients who handle executions themselves through their own production departments.
